On the compilation of this album, I wish to express my thanks to Group
Captain T.P. Gleave, C.B.E., and Wing Commander N.P.W. Hancock, D.F.C.,
for research and administration; Mr. Jack Skinner and Mr. L. Gilherson for
the high standard of workmanship in the design and construction of the
cabinet and stands which house and support the "Rolls of Honour" presented
by me to the Imperial War Museum in London, the Aero Space Museum in
Washington and the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. Also, my thanks
go to the many others who have helped me in my project, including Mr.
Mike Long for his excellent photographic contribution and Mr.
Gordon Butcher, of Butcher, Hunt Ltd., Ascot, for the high standard of
printing which helps so very much to enhance the album.
